The Moravian-Silesian Employment Pact

The Moravian-Silesian Employment Pact (MSEP) and EBG plastics company are working together to support the employment of workers from Ukraine, with the main goal of this cooperation being to address the shortage of skilled labor in the region.

MSEP covers the recruitment of qualified workers from Ukraine who meet the needs of production and technical positions in EBG plastics CZ s.r.o.

It supports the adaptation of new workers, including language courses to ensure a smooth integration into the work environment.

It ensures legal employment through work visas and other necessary documents in accordance with Czech legislation.

Cooperation with MSEP contributes to the long-term development of the local labour market and the economy of the region.
